Grape: Lambrusco Grappello Ruberti

Winemaking: soft press of the entire grape and extraction of the flower must. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts

Second fermentation: fermentation in bottle with indigenous yeasts

Alcohol: 12% Vol

COLORE: rosè peach blossom

PERFUME: remarkable minerality that gives a distinctive character and good harmony

FLAVOUR: balanced wine with lively acidity that enhances its lightness and at the same time a good structure .
